Akingate ProXProject Co-pilot

Privacy & AI Transparency Notice

This notice summarises the current privacy and AI-safety posture of Akingate ProX so users and Organisation Admins can understand the platform safeguards and provider-training posture at launch.

AI Provider Training Use

AI provider training-use posture: Disabled

Akingate uses approved provider/API arrangements that do not use submitted customer data for provider model training.

Mock Mode training windows control rehearsal availability only. They do not change provider model-training consent.

Traceability And Auditability

Governed AI workflows persist provider, model, routing, residency, and policy-exception provenance so teams can review how outputs were produced.

Settings and compliance surfaces also expose audit trails and export requests so organisations can inspect operational evidence when needed.

Data Protection Controls

Tenant policy already controls the default data-residency region plus audit and artefact retention periods for governed records.

Session-privacy views help signed-in users review active sessions and request account-activity evidence.

Security Boundaries

Provider secrets are handled server-side, authenticated access is verified before privileged actions, and tenant boundaries remain isolated by design.

High-impact governance functions fail closed when policy or access conditions are not satisfied.
